Everything you need to know about Woork, how it works, and how it compares.

    About Woork
Woork is an AI-native platform for building business applications where apps, agents, and integrations are built in, not bolted on. One platform replaces your CRM, workflow engine, integration middleware, and AI tools.
Appigration is Woork's core architectural principle: Apps + Agents + Integrations built as unified components rather than separate, bolted-on tools. They share the same execution context, security model, and audit trail.
"Bolted on" means adding capabilities through external tools, separate security, separate pricing, separate audit trails. "Built in" means those capabilities share the same native architecture. In Woork, a flow can invoke an agent that calls an integration, all within one execution context.
    How Woork Compares
Legacy CRM suites require separate tools for automation, AI, and integration, different interfaces, different pricing, different security models. Woork builds all three capabilities natively into one platform with one security model and one audit trail.
Most low-code platforms are workflow tools with AI added on. Woork is AI-native, agents are first-class citizens with durable state, persistent memory, configurable guardrails, and blast radius controls. Not an add-on. Core architecture.
RPA tools mimic human actions on interfaces, clicking buttons, copying fields. Woork agents reason and decide independently. They don't automate repetitive clicks; they make judgment calls, query data, and coordinate multi-step processes.
AI app builders generate apps fast, and so does Woork. The difference is everything after you build. Those tools have no multi-tenant security, no agent permission model, no compliance audit trail, and no governance story. Woork is built for production in regulated industries.
Claude and ChatGPT are general-purpose AI assistants. Woork is an enterprise platform that uses LLMs as one governed component. Every AI action is bound by your org's permission model, executes within blast radius limits, writes to an immutable audit trail, and can be paused for human approval.
Yes. Woork offers full CRM functionality, accounts, contacts, pipelines, cases, campaigns, with built-in workflows, AI agents, and integrations. No per-seat licensing traps. Or integrate with your existing CRM and add the capabilities it's missing.
    Capabilities
Woork agents execute tasks, they don't just chat. They reconcile data across systems, review documents for compliance, process invoices, triage emails, coordinate approvals, and sync data between platforms. Every action is logged.
Yes. The Flow Builder is fully visual, drag-and-drop nodes for every logic pattern. You can also describe what you want in natural language and let the platform build the flow. Pro-code options (JavaScript, Python) are available for complex logic.
Woork has pre-built connectors for leading CRM, ERP, HRIS, data-warehouse, payments, e-signature, and communication systems, and more. Any REST or GraphQL API can be connected via the HTTP connector with zero code.
Yes. Woork supports meta-automation, agents can design and deploy specialized sub-agents for specific tasks, all within the same permission boundaries. A parent agent decomposes a goal, delegates to sub-agents, and synthesizes results.
    Agent Woorkers & Autonomous AI
An Agent Woorker is an autonomous agent that runs on a schedule or in response to data events, without waiting for a human to start a conversation. You configure the goal, trigger, blast radius limits, and approval thresholds. The agent runs, does the work, logs everything, and surfaces a summary report.
Blast radius is a hard limit on how much an Agent Woorker can do in a single run: records touched, API calls made, tokens spent, time allowed. Without blast radius controls, an autonomous agent can touch thousands of records before anyone notices. With them, the agent stops at the limit you set and files a report.
You configure this per agent and per action type. Fully autonomous mode for low-risk tasks (reading records, generating reports). For high-stakes actions, bulk updates, external emails, deletes, set an approval threshold that pauses the agent and surfaces its reasoning for human review.
The Woork Desktop Extension brings your agents into any browser tab as a sidebar. Unlike consumer AI extensions that scrape pages, Woork's extension is server-tethered: it connects to your org, operates under your permissions, and logs every action. Your IT team controls who gets it and what it can do.
Every AI decision has a decision trace, a complete record of inputs, reasoning steps, tools invoked, and outputs. These traces are immutable, searchable, and exportable for compliance review.
Yes. Agents operate within configurable guardrails: input validation, output filtering, tool restrictions, topic boundaries, and action approval thresholds. Agents inherit the permission set of their assigned role, they can never exceed those boundaries.
    Industries & Compliance
Woork serves regulated industries where compliance, audit trails, and security are non-negotiable: wealth management, asset management, banking, lending, insurance, healthcare, legal, and HR/operations.
Yes. Woork is built for regulated industries with complete audit trails, decision traces for AI explainability, role-based access control, field-level security, record-level sharing, and SOC 2 readiness.
    Who It's For
Both. Business users get visual builders, natural language automation, and no-code app creation. Developers get Dev Studio (Claude Code + Codex), WQL, MCP integration, custom code sandboxes (JavaScript/Python), and full API access.
Yes. Build solutions on Woork, package them, and sell through The Woorkplace. You retain your IP. Clients install into their org, your solution runs under their security model with their data.
Yes. Woork's multi-tenant architecture and packaging system are built for ISV embedding. Build on Woork, white-label it, and distribute to your customers, each gets full tenant isolation, compliance features, and security controls.
